Cleaning device for seals

Introduction

Dirt and moisture may cause blockages during feeding of seals. The resulting interruptions in operations reduce the output of the processing machine. The cleaning device for seals dries the outside contours of the seals and prevents dirt from getting into the application. The same seals drum is used as on the Komax seals module.

Function

The cleaning device for seals is utilized to remove dirt and silicone oil from the seals. Cleaning the seals prevents them from sticking together and helps to ensure proper seals loading. Komax generally recommends that you clean all types of seals prior to processing them. You can set the desired drying time with the built-in timer.
